I have been making clothes since my teens and embroidering since childhood.  I have a

museum background and have always loved historical costumes.  My interest in

corsetry developed out of considering how different period silhouettes are achieved

through foundation garments, as this can make all the difference in the appearance of

a costume.  I hand-finish all my garments, and take pride in producing detailed and

beautiful outfits.  I have a particular fondness for the Victorian bustle era, but any era,

or indeed any costume commission will be happily considered.

I can reproduce existing costumes, or design costumes in a particular style.  I can also

make adaptations of historical styles for modern day wear, which are particularly

suitable for wedding attire, or special occasions.  Corsets can be made as foundation

garments or as outerwear.  Please email me with your requirements, or for design

ideas and inspiration.
